My question is my FX 35 it’s a 2009 has a base model stereo with no navigation and no touchscreen. I was wondering is it possible to upgrade with a factory system. I found a 2012 system that has the touchscreen and navigation and the other features that mine don’t have. Will it work in my fx35 and does it need to be programmed

Yes, it is very possible. If you're still interested I'm offering (under my business OWC Upgrades) 100% plug-n-play harness adapter kits for the conversion.
Apart from that, you would just need the four NAV Parts below from a 2010-2017 vehicle with Nav:
(1) Touch Screen Display (2) Control Panel Buttons
(3) Faceplate / Climate Panel (4) NAV Unit / Radio Receiver

If you'd like to know costs and exactly what parts are suitable to convert your vehicle to a 2010-17 NAV Setup, feel to reply back or shoot me a PM.

Harness Adapter Kit Example (factory parts not included, shown for demo purposes):

Example showing the adapter harness connected to the factory connectors on an EX35 and the new nav unit. Would be the same for an FX.
