Does anyone know which fuse is for your tail lights? I am not talking about the brake lights, but the tail lights when you have you park lights on?

I was at the hospital this morning around 4:30am when I got in to leave I notice my center consule was not lighting. Well as I was driving home I had everyone and there mama tell me I had no tail lights (now when I touch the brakes, the tail lights up, but when I take my foot off every light in the back is off).

I check the fuse panel by my foot and didn't see anything marks park lights, I also checked the fuse panel by the battery. No such luck, don't want to go pulling fuses.........

Just want to make sure you had the headlights on?

Headlights are good, so are my signal lights......my park lights front and back are out.

After looking for a fuse I can not seem to find one, I did find the relay for DTRL, but I doubt that it has anything to do with my park lights. Plus I do not know if the relay has gone bad..........

How many fuse boxes does the FX35 have and where are they located? All I know of are the two by the battery and one by the drivers foot.

2 fuse boxes by the battery, one in the drivers kick panel. You should get a multimeter and start checkin those fuses. Check them all. What year is your FX? I could check the service manual for ya.

04 and I will do that, so far only fuse that was blown was for the rear socket. Changed it and it is good, but still no luck on finding the fuse for the park lights :?

Thanks autoworx......that did the trick I found the fuse box and replaced the fuse. So that makes a total of 4 fuse/relay boxes.....1 fuse panel by the drives left foot, and 3 fuse panels/relay boxes by the battery (1 infront of battery, 1 to the left and 1 to the left rear of battery) :D

I just bought a used 2004 FX. It has the same issue. I know this is an old thread but I have the exact same issue and I can not find a faulty fuse. Even tried replacing the light combination module located in the back driver side panel. No luck. 132K miles so there is not a lot of wear and tear. Nothing seems to be apparent. Any other ideas? Any feed back is appreciated.
