Hi All,

I've just bought (well, I've ordered it and apparently it will take up to 13 weeks to get here in the Washington-DC area) a new 2005 FX35 2WD with touring, technology, and sport packages. The question is: was the price right? I've spent $44,000. This includes 5% tax, all dealership's expenses, and licence, etc. I'd be curious to hear from other fellow FXers how this compares with their purchases.

In talks to buy same as you, but minus sports pack ($1,600 about) for $40,000.

I paid 44,700 for an '05 FX35 AWD with tech and premium, pretty much everything but sports.

Thats with 7% tax and everything else out the door.

I paid approx. $45K for 2004 FX45 with tech. That was last year.

Did I say $45? I meant to say $46... Honest mistake; a typo. Sorry. That did not include a sales tax nor registration fee.

I paid $43000 OTD for 05 FX35 w/ Sport, Tech, Tour, Mud Guard, Cargo Area Protector.

FX35 AWD, Tech, Tour, 20" Wheels, Roof crossbars, cargo area cover, mud guards, 1st 3 oil changes

No AWD in DC ? Even if you do not want it it would made the FX much more saleable if you ever went to sell it
