"NewsReporter" is in trouble on FA

What trips me out is the why (no, I didn't snitch on him).

Not one of the ones...the one. I've got a saved PM from him:

"Hey, I got a pm from M Type X saying that I'm making you angry. I'm sorry, if it has to do with me letting the mods know about the fighting. I wasn't looking to get anyone banned. Just felt things were getting out of control and I thought the mods could come in before things got worse."

My response to this got:
"I agree with you 100% about how the mods come down on members very hard. If someone goes overboard the mods should warn them not ban the person right away. It doesn't do anything anyway. Two things happen,
1. that person just comes back with a new screen name
2. they go somewhere else and FA has one less person
both options are horrible because this could be resolved better than that.
NewsReporter is just something i made up. I don't have a relationship with FA at all. Just a member"

And finally:
"Hey many of the people on here are not happy with how quick the mods ban someone. Let's use this time to get a discussion started in the Feedback & Suggestions area. This could lead to changes that ease the rules at FA."
