In the 7/5 Autoweek there is an article about Mitsu checking SCCA autocross results to find EVO owners racing in an effort to void warrenties.Obviously,if a manufacturer will do this ,they would also check sites for racing conversations.
There is a difference between the occassional day at the track and on-going competition.There is a difference between weak parts that cannot take aggressive use vs the abuse of racing. Just a heads up!
Er, I dunno about Mitsu, but it seems to me that Nissan goes out of it's way to help the amateur "driving enthusiast" community. I'm not sweating a bit (but then again, I don't race)
