Had a '04 35 in my shop today for an alarm. It was a base FX35- no tech or sport. It had side moldings installed by the dealer that were so bad that I had to take some pics with my camera phone and share. What a crappy job! the moldings they use are square and kill the rounded look of the FX.

I didn't have the heart to tell the customer to do that, even though I wanted to. :? I have seen alot of hacks and rigged stuff in my 15 years of installing, and this is another great example.

Well, I don't hold it against them, since I got mine there and their service dept has been good to me so far, but he got it at Competition Infiniti in Smithtown. Glad I didn't want side moldings from them (or any for that matter)!

Smithtown is way out there... but I heard they offer flatbed pickup for service/warranty work; not sure how true that is.
