I just bought 4 Murano wheels on ebay for winter use. How hard it is to install tire pressure sensors? Can it be done without dismounting the tires?

the tire pressure sensor is also the valve stem so partial removal is needed.

I think I’ll wait till it’s time to replace ‘em with snow tires.
