[scary music]
This is the case of the missing screw
[/scary music]

I noticed this when I was installing my grounding kit and thought it was just me being careless on a previous mod or my dealer being sloppy - but now I see that it's not just me. Seeing Phader07's last post on the Intake thread has driven me over the edge so I had to go looking - PINITI, bradical and Phader07, sorry for re-printing your pics. Look at the 3 engine bay pics I'm attaching to this post - other 35/45 owners, are you missing this screw too? It clearly looks like something should go there. (Funny, looks like a JWT promo gallery!)

Looks like that bolt hole is just for mounting the OEM airbox for FX45s...not needed for 35s. No biggie...

I believe that possibly that bolt hole is used to secure the original factory air box
I'm still factory stock on Intake (waiting for Injen, how could you forget? )
