If it was a federal charges (I think it was) he'll do time in a cush work camp style facility. If he got state time he's in for one **** of a wake up call. He'd have to pay "rent" to a gang shotcaller in order to be left alone and protected if convicts from other gangs attempt to extort or harass him.
