i write from Italy

I recently purchased an infiniti fx35 year 2006 therefore restailing

whoever sold me the car told me that the commands to turn on the hot air and air conditioning fan and those to control the CD stereo and view the monitor did not work

I was told that it was a flat or a flexible wire that went from the stereo behind the control panel

this wire has been replaced and there have been no changes

I also changed the whole button panel but nothing

only the key lights come on but nothing works

does anyone have a solution? what else can i do?

ho comèrato da poco un infiniti fx35 anno 2006 quindi restailing
chi mi ha venduto la macchina mi aveva detto che non funzionavano i comandi per far accendete la ventola aria calda e aria condizionata e quelli per comandare lo sterio e vedere il monitor
mi e' stato detto che era un flat ovvero un filo flessibile che dallo stereo andave dietro la pulsantiera dei comandi
questo filo e' stato sostituito e non ci sono stati cambiamenti
ho cambiato anche l'intera pulsantiera ma nulla
accendono solo le luci dei tasti ma nulla funziona
qualcuno ha una soluzione?cosa posso fare altro?

I don't understand the problem is the radio and it doesn't make the monitor and the air conditioning controls work too?
Do you know if it's encrypted? so it needs a code to make it work?
