ordered my stealth lamps from Matrix racing

10 days ago.
Never got a UPS tracking # as promised.
Sent them an email yesterday morning stating all this, nothing.
Called them today and was told "oh, really, hmmmm, well we do not stock them and have to special order them so it takes time. I see they will be in today so we will 2 day express them to you because of the mix up"
Sooooooooooo, maybe not the most reliable company? Certainly have some "online" sales/customer relations problems due to the total lack of communication/apologies.
Anyway, just some info. that might be useful.
