Just thought I'd ask. Has anybody added the roof rails to a railless FX after the fact? Suppose it requires drilling, removing headliner, etc.

I'm not talking about the cross rails, but the ones that go from the front to the back of the vehicle.

Another option if you do not plan to use the rack with anything actually tied to it is to get some of that 3M tape that is used on Body Side Moldings.

I remember seeing a dealer have a bear of a time removing the molding with a heat gun

Was it a pain to remove and patch.

What about picking up the X-mas tree, LOL, that is the only thing I ever used my MDX roof rack for
