since CAI is a given, in order to breathe better wouldn't it make sense to also do both the Plenum AND High- Flow Cats. as a pkg.? if so would it be Kinetix for $750 or Crawford for $395 + $445 = $840 / both are re-designed, new and improved??? / p.s. + $20. for powder coating. = $860!

Yes, and my money is on Crawford. They totally stand by their stuff and there have been little to no problems with their stuff.

does random technology factor in at all with either of these two?

I've seem more than one report of failures on their cats, plus they won't pass visual inspection, so I'd say no.

What's a visual inspection? I have the Crawford high-flow cats, but I recommend Kinetix because the shape is less likely to rub against the car when accelerating. I doubt that R/T cats are failing as often as people say. I know 350Z owners with them.
