its funny, but you gotta think about being in her shoes. even if you know the words by heart, its prolly easy to forget them when there is a bunch of unruly hockey fans starting at you. and especially if she is canadian (didnt catch where she was from), she probably doesnt know the words by heart anyhow like she might if she was american.
