Just trying to get confirmation, but recently got my son a 2008 FX35. And we noticed that we have a jack and tire changing equipment but not sure we have a spare, even a donut. In the area next to the jack is his Bose sub-woofer.

Is there another compartment that the donut might be in, or was it replaced with the sub-woofer?

the sub usually mounts inside the rim of the spare tire. If the sub is there but no tire then it must have been pulled out by the previous owner.
