I dunno what these guys' problem is  . They were able to produce highly competent RWD platforms as seen in the NSX and S2000, and they also have a racing V8. So it's not that they're lacking in know-how, or anything. Then comes 2005 Acura RL  .

I get your point but I don't see why it "should" be a V8 more than anything else, we all know some V6 are doing the job that some V8 could be put to a shame, I am sure if this V6 was shosen for this flagship it must be with no flaws, powerfull, smooth, silent and economic.

I like this car, it is not overdone in any ways and should pass the test of time better than many others.

I have not read it all, what is the projected retail on this car?

this is one nice auto.........

((money shot, IMO)).... sadly enough though, they'll need WIDER tires UPFRONT than in the rear, with all that monster torque steering.....

i was thinking AC would up the ante and go AWD thruout all their models for 2k5.....

perhaps 2k6 then... (new nsx will def. be 4X)

Acura is smart. Instead of having people complain about bubbling seats they made them already bubbly :D
