Nav without tech

well i really regretted of not getting the tech package and now i really want nav. I was thinking is it possible to have nav on the original 6.3 lcd screen cause i want to keep the interior as stock as possible. I wouldn't want to have another screen. Just keeping the same screen with nav. Is it possible?

I may be wrong, but I am pretty sure, that screen is not capable of color other than orange. :?
