It's not that difficult to follow directions. Took my car in for the first service (3750) and told the advisor not to wash or sweep the vehicle. After waiting on it for about 30 minutes, I come out to my FX with water dripping off it. On the ride home, I notice grease smears on the aluminum console and scuff marks on the driver's entry threshold.

So I spend 30 minutes when I get home getting off the spots and cleaning the grease/scuff marks. GeeZ!

You mean the headliner? I'd try that Blue Coral Dri-Clean stuff that's been recommended for the speaker grills.

Try that Magic Eraser by Mr Clean.

It got out epoxy paint off of my couch which is fabric. I was in shock.

Yes, Magic Eraser will get off almost any stain from a plush fabric. Works great on carpet too.

I keep two Mr Cleans in the door storage side compartments with a bottle of drinking water in a cup holder and regularly swipe off little stains here and there throughout the vehicle.

We also use eraser througout the house on all kinds of stains.

I even made a out of the stuff to clean floors.

Print a quick sign to keep in the glovebox that says "Don't Wash!" Place it on the dash each time you take it in. That's the only way I've ever ensured they don't wash my cars.

Thanks! I'm already glad I found this place. The lack of any real issues with most people's FXs here was a deciding factor in my decision to pick one up.

Good Idea on the "No Wash" sign. Will add one to my glove box.
