In need of torque specs for 2003 FX45

Hi guys!
I am working on putting everything back together after replacing the vehicle speed sensor inside the transmission but I can’t find the torque specs for the transfer case bolts, rear extension housing bolts, and exhaust manifold bolts.
If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated!
