I've been looking at the wiring schematic for the radio and looking through the service manual but can't figure out which wire makes the lights on the radio come on when the headlights are on. I want to tap into that wire for the same effect on an MP3 player I'm installing. Does anyone know or can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Instead of hotwiring the radio system it might be easier to grab the illumination switch for the ashtray or cigarette lighter.

Why didn't I think of that? I imagine that's what I'll end up doing - thanks for the idea. I wish I could go ahead and get started but I won't have time probably until the end of next week. Get to try out the Zaino I just got then too. Oh well, at least now I know how to hook it up.
