Wat is the trick to get the stock accelerator pedal changed to the sport aluminum pedal?
My Dealer does not seem to be able to figure that out  . They are able to put the brake and the foot rest on.
We are going to get the car tomorrow afternoon, and sure would like to see it on there.
I have gone there yesterday and put the full wood kit on, without the shifter piece and laced the wheelskin, while the tintshop was installing the bra on the front and tinted the fronts 35%. I also let them do the rear bumper, mirrors, rear wheel fender piece and the space behind my door handles.
The car looks great :D

There's a clip on the underside of the gas pedal that needs to be pried off. A mirror helped me to see the setup. The new aluminum pedal goes on the same way and has it own new clip. A screwdriver is needed to pry it off the old pedal. Also, there used to be detailed instructions on the Grubbs website for replacing with new aluminum pedals.

P.S. You might want to find a new dealer for service if this is "maxing" their knowledge.

I don't really need, but would like, a very smart mechanic at the Dealer. As soon as I have the car in my possesion I will take full control over what needs to happen and how it needs to happen, with my detailed instructions and supervision.
It won't take long before they will start trusting me BTDT.
Really all I need, and don't we all here, is a really smart forum with integrity.
It is really (not) funny though, that they are challenged by a gas pedal installation  .
I did get an Email from Extremeline that stated that the only shifter that fits an FX would be the Momo, and would gladly refund my 107. Seems like they don't know what is going on.
FXLENT, I sent your instructions to the Dealer, maybe they can figure it out now, thanks.
