What did you guys do with the little leatherette case your owners manuals came in? It doesn't seem to fit in any of the storage compartments...

I put the manuals themselves in the glovebox (an astoundingly small cavity behind a huge door). Now what to do with the case?

The case has velcro on it so mine is velcro'd to the side of the cargo area. Works quite nicely IMO.

They're talking about the square-ish zippy case that came with the '04s. The '03s came with a CD case. I have two CD cases (kept the one from the coupe when I traded and picked up a zippy case from Esemes, which I keep my headphones in and have it velcroed to the side in the back.

Yeah, that's where my dealer suggested I should keep it. Seems it could get in the way when I start hauling things like gardening supplies.

I keep, at the dealer's request, my service log and recordrs in the square zip case thing velcro'd in the "cargo area." I keep the owners manual inside the leatherette folder/binder/case in the glove box...it fits but that's about all that can.

Misc paperwork, intelligent key instructions, and an Infiniti ballpoint pen that won't stay open while you write.

I got this really neat FEDEX overnight box with all this stuff...cd case, etc,etc from Lexus about six months after I got the FX...strange!...More stuff thanI got for buying the FX..except a great car... diff tastes
