I'm going to do my 15k maintenance and was curious about a couple of filters.

In-Cabin - Does this filter have to come from Infiniti/Nissan or is there an aftermarket filter manufacturer that is useable? If not, were do you get the better price, from Nissan dealer or Infiniti dealer? Local Infiniti dealer is $40, Grubbs around $29 + shipping.

Air filter - Pretty much the same questions plus which filter do you use? I did a serach an saw lots of reference to K&N, but are the any other recommendations?

Should have thought of this before the post. Napa has the in-cabin filter for $25.

I agreed to replace it when the service guy mentioned about replacing it at 15K. The incoming air was kinda hotter than usual so I thought the cabin filter was clogged up. After everything was done, I asked to see how bad it looked at 15K and he told me mine didn't come with one. Total cost at $79 or DIY here: http://www.infinitifx.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=588
AirFilter: Try drop in K&N filter.
