Electrical Glitch

My 2013 FX50S has an electrical problem. Both exterior side view mirrors and the pre-set memory buttons on the driver's door for the seat/side view mirrors/steering column tilt and telescoping positioning stopped working. I can still make all the power seat and steering wheel adjustments using the seat and steering column mounted controls, but there is no way to reposition the side mirrors other than to open the windows and manually force them. The fuse is ok, and I replaced the Driving Position Control Module with a used one from Ebay. Still dead. Any ideas?
