Snake oil at it's finest. This and gadgets like it have been beaten into the ground on just about every forum around.

They guarantee dyno results but you must test with and without and send them dyno slips if it doesnt add horsepower to get a refund. Who is gonna spend 100 bucks to get some dyno pulls to actually see though - probably why they are offering a refund if you have dyno proof , no one is gonna waste that money testing
