You simply unplug your ECM and overnight it to them to do the re-flash, then they overnight it back to you; about a three day down time for the car. Of course, it is best if you could go there in person, so they can dyno-tune the car, but they've done enough so as to have ready-made programs for just about any app. that'll get the job done.
The TS flash, IMO, doesn't do that much by itself and isn't worth the $ if that's to be your only mod (7-8 HP by itself). Where it shines is in optimizing other bolt-ons you have, so it's the last thing you should do after whatever other mods you plan on doing. I believe they also include a couple re-flashes in their price in case you add something down the road and want an updated program to account for the new mod.
