I asked an old physics professor about it today and he said the magnet thing sounded like it mike work, theoretically, but that he had never heard of an auomotive application like that which actually manipulates molecular flow and subsequent efficiency before. Does anyone have any thoughts on or experience with this?

I think was thats trying to do is magnatize the individual fuel molecules in a fuel line snapping them into place but that really won't matter because that liquid fuel is essentially vaporized coming out of an injector.
