looks like a lot of the ceiling insulation is hanging. i wonder if something did come thru the roof...maybe its a standalone garage and snow melted thru the roof and all over the cars where is was colder inside and turned to ice....yeah...thats it

My guess is they had a fire and the firemen pulled the insulation down to check for hot spots. The water is from them putting the fire out... upstairs.

Regarding the first picture. They were on vacation for a couple weeks and a pipe broke. Not what I would want to come home to.

Others are probably from waves washing over and one **** of a strong wind.

The rest are caused by freezing rain and a stiff wind (ice storm).

Very observant... you're right, it was very cold, but due to the effects of global warming since the time this thread was started several years ago, it's actually very hot there now.
