Yea, I saw that awhile back. I've owned Chevy's, Lexus,Ford's,Infinit etc and I'm not sure I can tell the difference between No.1 or No.4. I think it's more based upon the quality of people at a dealership more than the policies of the Corporate folks.
That's why some dealerships are a good experience and some not. Evil breeds evil and Good breeds good. You need to try a dealership with some good honest people working in them.
