Well, I finally let my husband do it....

I let him remove the crossbars on the FX but.....
now there are 2 holes in the rails at the front mounting point on each side.

Now what? Where do I get some plugs? :?
I can post pics but they are still on the camera.

Has anyone else done this and if you did what did you use to plug those holes with?

Thanks

The rails w/o bars come with these plastic screw plugs. You should ask your dealer for them.

Can some one post a pic with the bars off and with the plugs, have not seen what it looks like, if its easy, then I can take off and on when ever I feel like.

Also sweet, do you have a pic of what your pullies look like installed?

Thanks

Here are some pics of the removal of my crossbars

First, pic of the bracket that left the holes,
that holds the front crossbar to the rail.

Bought these at autozone $2.00

My husband squished a little
and then put a little RTV sealent
and then tapped into place with a rubber mallet. :?

I am not planning on putting the crossbars back on the car.
