I only put them on when the weather gets bad (30 minutes). My wife says she could hardly tell a difference, but the tickitticktitick is very noticeable on the pavement outside of the car and is WAY cool when you pull up somewhere with these tires, on this kind of vehicle. I would not recommend having these installed for the whole winter, unless you have lots of snow and ice through out. I have used these tires on my Audi's for many years and have absolutely no reservations regarding their quality and capabilities and will not settle for less. I am just so glad these were available for the FX. We really need these tires in the winter, because we climb mountains on glare ice with twisty roads.
Basicly I don't care how they handle on dry pavement, all I am interested in, is traction on ice and snow on slanted curvy roads.
