I saw a couple of posts that had pics of a member's silver FX with a flat black grill. I haven't been able to locate the threads again now. The point is - I love the look of the black grill and wanted to find out where it they got it. Does anyone - the poster who showed it, or anyone else - know where I could get me one?

I believe they simply painted their stock grill. If I happen accross the thread, I'll post a link here.

also, ak1nza (andrew) did a version of this as well where the top part was black and fronts still chrome. if you can get a handle on a spare or used grill from ebay then you are set to experiment
