I have a '03 FX35 with XM radio, but without the tech package. Is there anyway I can add an AUX input so that I can play an mp3 player, laptop, etc???

Your FX SHOULD have the wiring harnesses in place for the rear DVD under the center console. If you tapped the propper sound wires in the correct harness (you'd need to do a little homework or get help from someone here with the manual to figure out which wires), you should be able to build a little RCA input panel to plug into and simply switch to that input using the DVD button on the head unit.

Do a search for iPod here or on FreshAlloy; it's been done.
