Anyone put Kayaks on top yet?

Has anyone had any experience in putting kayaks on the roof? I only found one thread in the past on this issue, pics links were broken. I have the Thule system for my bike/boards, and am curious if anyone has any opinion on the best configuration for kayaks (Thule preferred), also, can you get two up there or only one (talking about your standard single seat sit on top variety) Thanks
