Can the round aluminum trim around the shift knob and gear indicators be replaced? I noticed I have a few scratches that were present on delivery and was wandering if the dealer could replace that pieces without screwing up the surrounding pieces?

I just bought my 45 and they replaced it on mine for the day after. But this one has three nicks on it as well. As well as the big piece around it.
They replaced both,and I know I will scar it soon, but I am going to ask them to replace it again, since it is not perfect.
If I screw it up then I cant complain. But I can if someone else does
