Sorry, this was my first post then I got bent and decided to vent with the rest of my problems. I am glad that you have had a good experience with your FX, I wish that I did. I love the performance and styling, but cannot live with shoddy build quality.

I totally understand about build quality. Mine has been very good so far with just a few minor rattles that i have fixed myself. I can 't stand problems!

Had mine fixed once and it's been solid ever since, though I don't put on nearly as many miles as you. Did they only replace the rails or the entire adjuster assembly?
