We installed the bulbs without any instructions :D .
I was too lazy to hook up the printer.

Here is the Pictorial Install:

I un-srewed the coolant overflow jug and moved it over for better access and picture taking.

Here is the housing all close up. Just unscrew the Dust Cap counter-clockwise.

Un-screw the HID balast counter-clockwise.

(This is easier to un-screw then when you put it back in )

Good look inside the housing.

You will feel metal clips holding the buld in place, squeeze them and then they will swing up.

The clip is the only thing holding the bulb in, so gently pull the bulb out.

This is the bulb.

ALWAYS WEAR YOUR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING THE BULB.
THEY WILL BE RUINED IF THE BULB IS TOUCHED.

The glass part of the bulb is top.

Yes, you will feel a notch at the base of the bulb.

You can not install it the other way but I would hate to find out someone tried to make it fit.

Dawn, I have a quick question to you.

Beside the color difference, does 10k HID generate better visibility? How about the objects on the road? Do their color look true color or all blueish?

I don't remember which post it was but there was a discussion about OEM vs 8k or 10k HID and I haven't decide whether I should go with PIAA or other "ultra bright but not effective brand".

Thanks.

IMO, these are primarily a "cool factor" upgrade. They look awesome, but do not light up the road quite as well or as accurately as the stock bulbs. They give everything a bluish cast and make white road lines pop out as if they were under a blacklight. The light is much more intense than stock, but doesn't give quite as much coverage. Very cool, but they may not be for everyone.

D- That side by side pic is awesome! Now you need the 15 bulb LEDs from Superbrightleds.com.

Maybe you just noticed they were off now.

Mine are too low and have to adjust them someday, too.

No realignment should be necessary. The bulbs have a notch in them that should guide them into the same alignment as the OEMs were.
