Question Transmission fluid

I have a 2012 FX35 with 67,600 miles. I have been told by Nissan dealership that I need to change my transmission fluid but, several other mechanics have said 100,000 miles. I am retired now and don't drive my car everyday and take several small trips a year. What's the best advise FX35 owners?

Change it now and every year thereafter (drain/fill). ATF sees tremendous heat and pressure thus it breaks down causing your transmission to break down, too.

That's the seven speed? I have heard mixed messages, but I had mine changed early on and plan to do it again soon. On the 5 speed, it was a reommended service, I think now they say lifetime - but it probably isn't.
