Its time folks to figure on a date for the annual tri-state area BBQ meet. Location is at Heckscher Park on LI. Lets get all the tri state FXers together for some BBQ food, drinks, and fun! Turnouts are bigger every year so lets keep the streak going!
From the concensus of past polls, it seems people prefer sundays, so we will keep it to the following sundays in July: 7/11, 7/18, 7/25

No need to make a list yet, we just need to pick a date. I made the poll for 3 weeks, but hopefully most will respond before then then I'll make a new thread for the meet and we'll make a hopefully nice sized list.

ok, I didn't pick yet but will as soon as I check my calendar, short of any conflicts there I'd probably pick the latest date for the best chances

I tried to pick the last date as it's the best chances of me hitting up NYC again this year... but it wouldn't let me submit my form

I don't know which dates are good for me yet but I plan on being there for the food!

The 25th works best for me. for some reason the form is not letting me vote though.

Yea we are having issues with polls at the moment. So if you cant vote just post a reply wih the date and we'll count that.

At this point in time, any of those dates are fine for me. I'll be there.

Please please please do not start a list guys . Just put a date in that you would prefer (if the poll does not let you pick a date. Then there will be a NEW thread with signup lists.

noooo not the 11th it's my gf's birthday and she deff wont let me go haha

Since the polls arent fixed yet...

I'm leaning towards the 11th, as the later it gets in the month, the hotter it gets.

Hmmmm... how about later in the month and we move the BBQ to a beach? The turnout might be better...

No I didnt, but it looks like ours will be July 11th.

I just tried to vote the 25th, but it gives me: "the form you submitted was invalid"

Yea we are currently having an issue if your board viewing style is the dark "infinitifx" style the poll is broken. Will count you as the 25th.

Are you saying you need til later in the month to finish your FX?
